OFJCC Specialized Trainer Joe Kelso challenges you to add lunges to your fitness routine in March. He shares his tips for doing lunges effectively, whether you are a beginner or an expert.

Beginners are encouraged to do a static lunge, intermediate exercisers a walking lunge, and experts to add weight. As the number of repetitions increases, break them up into sets throughout the day.
