OFJCC Specialized Trainer Leeann Higgins challenges you to add mountain climbers to your fitness routine in June. In the video she shares her tips for doing them effectively whether you are a beginner or an expert.

Beginners should use a wall or bench for an incline, intermediate exercisers should do them on their hands and experts should increase the pace. As the number of repetitions increases, break them up into sets throughout the day.
